On a Q400, everyone will get a choice of OJ or Water and a small snack like a Biscoff, on any E175 or 737 aircraft, main cabin will get water and that's it. At some point I'm hoping the Q400 flights will return to full beverage service like they were pre-COVID....not sure why they have lagged so far behind in returning to somewhat "normal" service.
Guess on the Q400s, the lack of water in the lavatory probably has the health departments limiting the service to prepackaged food. I seem to remember QX was having trouble with the heath department re ice and the lack of running water pre covid. Don't think full beverage will come back on the Q until Covid is a long way in the rear view mirror.
