Been here 3x now over the past couple of years & we're planning to go again right after Thanksgiving. Curious if anyone is on property and has chatted w/ staff about the new restaurant being built ... any idea what the concept is ? Also, apparently they are making over the lobby ? Not sure why, as it's beautiful, but curious if anyone has insight on that as well.

Really excited about the new F&B outlet as we enjoy El Farrallon, but it's too expensive for multiple meals there throughout the stay, and while we like Don Manuel's for breakfast, we're yet to have lunch there (I think we had dinner there once during our first stay) & hopefully this new F&B outlet is a bit more hip / cool.
