This is a big thing there. The repatriation of people from the FSM due to Covid and stranded abroad only began to be resolved this summer.

This is rare, as people who left the FSM last year found themselves stuck. It caused many people to rethink what "essential travel" means. However, they could in theory go to HNL through GUM.

According to Timatic, yes, but according to united.com UA is not selling tickets FSM to FSM.
