Booking into my flight from NCL - JNB, the desk told me that changes had been made “a few months ago” and I’d have to collect my bags at T5 and use baggage drop.
Anyone understand the reasons why? And was there any communication around this? It makes long-haul travel from regional airports on Avios a pain.
You can book it all on one booking if there is award space on both legs. You don't need separate bookings. I would call in if thats the case.
