It is not quite an OJ. A real OJ would be LIN/LIM//SCL//LIN.
Your itinerary may be called an inverted OJ.
In the past, inverted OJ used to be difficult to price, other than as 2 OW.
When it started to be possible, both cities had to be in the same country.
Now, you can depart from one and return to another, but the departure and return cities must be in the same "zone" (Europe is not 1 zone), like Germany/The Netherlands.
I do not know what the "zones" are. Neither do the AF staff I spoke to. You can only see if it works or not.
Try other pairs and see.
P.s. same issue with a true OJ. You cannot price AMS/EZE//CPT/AMS for the same reason.
