It depends on the cities involved. I'm perfectly able to build an OJ starting in NL and ending in DE for example, within Europe. Intercontinental things are slightly more complicated, and LIM seems to be one of these destinations that doesn't combine very well with multiple cities... not sure why. I'm guessing they didn't find it worth the effort to load those fares? Probably is quite an uncommon route...
