I think the question is probably best answered by what will the industry look like next year - of course, COVID is an issue - but the reality is many of us travel to get to point A to point B - as easily, cheaply, and stress-free as possible.... with all of the canceled flights, rescheduling, crazy flyers, variabilities in ticket prices....not to mention the insane COVID rules and policies (that UA has zero control over).......it will be interesting to see
