Alright guys, settle a debate.
Does Chase care about buying group deposits?
I’m specifically talking about checks or ACH payments deposited into the account for reselling activity.
Everyone always says Chase hates MS. Well sure, but MS to me means depositing MOs that you bought with VGC. It’s even more suspect with Chase when you are using Chase cards to buy the VGC [moderator edit]).
I opened a business checking with Chase, specifically for my reselling business. I only do reselling with buying groups. I do not whatsoever deposit MOs or mess with the VGC game.
Any audit of my finances would prove I’m legitimately buying goods off Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc, and shipping them to a buyer who pays me. There’s nothing shady, immoral, illegal, etc. about that. Is it a way to hit SUBs? Of course. But you’re not buying a money equivalent (MO) and using it to pay off your CC, which I think is the important distinction.
I don’t even use Chase cards to do this reselling. I’m fully invested in Amex. I opened the Chase Biz Checking for the $750 bonus.
I also feel most Chase shutdown stories always have some variation of ramping up CC spend on Chase cards, or making a lot of MO deposits to Chase accounts. Are there any of just BG activity?
