I have a couple of drink tickets for BS flights from a couple of weeks ago. They have the usual disclaimer that it is only valid on the Day of Travel Only.

But, at the bottom it says, "Any drink coupon set to expire in 2021 (regardless of the expiration month of the coupon) will be honored through December 31, 2021. Please keep the original drink coupon to redeem in the near future."
