On the upside here for 32k in points per night so did this over other preferred hotels
I received an email before checkin explaining the ambassador benefits and then was told them again at checkin. They include saying bottled water from the minibar is complimentary for ambassadors.
Was there another amenity you were expecting? There is no longer a fruit plate welcome, as that has been replaced by a food and beverage credit, chain wide.
