I have found in the last month or so requesting menus via Twitter has been absolutely useless. They have in the past obliged, but it ties in with their social media being outsourced that they no longer have the ability to do it. I would request via ZenDesk here.

I'm also flying DOH-DFW next week, I shall post my menu in the inflight dining thread upon my arrival - it should be broadly similar if not exactly the same. Either way you will be offered a breakfast and dinner service, as always with QR in whatever order or combination you please.
