I think you misunderstand who you are communicating with on this website. Whilst many people on here are very knowledgeable about Qatar airways, we don't work for the airline. We are just a random bunch of strangers who also sometimes travel with Qatar airlines.
Firstly, check your spam folder in your email.
As to the predicament of your missing ticket, did you get any booking reference on-screen as part of your booking reference (don't share it on here). Try to use the manage my booking function on the Qatar website using the booking reference and your name and see if you can find your itenary. Look carefully at the status of the ticket and check to see if you can find e-ticket numbers for each flight, this is a long number starting 157-
If you can see the e-ticket numbers and the status is confirmed then your flights should be ok. There should be a way to download a PDF copy of your eticket. But there might be a problem with the email address you provided. It will be important to ensure your email address is correct and Qatar can contact you as there are frequent flight updates these days.
If you don't have a booking reference then you need to call Qatar
