They don't post menus somewhere in their website but it was previously reported that the Twitter or the WhatsApp service was able to send you the menu when you chat with them. As QR outsourced their social media channels ( including WhatsApp ) within the last few months, I am not sure if they are able to share menus with you at the moment.

Also, you could see the main courses on the regular menu for ex-DOH flights in the meals tab of MMB.
