Another slightly stale data point: I tried on Friday Aug 6 and had the same lengthy wait times, etc. reported by others. Using the Spanish version as described above on the afternoon of Sat Aug 7 (European time) resulted in a wait time of ~15 min and then another 5-10 min of waiting. But it was all done inside an hour, which I found acceptable. I have another trip coming up and plan to take the test kits but also look into backup options...
