The only big difference is AA has no plans to shut down their entire operation in T5 and consolidate everything into T4 which is essentially what DL did when they decided to close T3 completely and consolidate everything into T2 while running a mostly normal pre-COVID schedule in 1/2 the terminal space.
I'm betting AA will have to close some gates during the construction. Also big part of issue checking in as construction on the new head house. AA is going to be feeling those pains shortly.
