So you don't have to book a test before landing. I thought you need to do that to fill out the PLF form. I'm leaning toward ExpressTest but don't want to book ahead until I land first.
I believe that you have to put it on the PLF before you fly, also when I booked with ExpressTest you choose a specific appointment time, they didn't look to be available every day so I'd be wary of assuming you can walk in.
