I had this problem all the time before covid. I had to call the hotels directly and they almost always said no problem w bringing in a kid. My problem is I did an Asia, Africa to Middle East back to Asia trip and had to keep calling hotels in advance to see their policies

That's serious roaming charges. And in the 1 hotel I didn't call but booked via customer service because the app didn't work, they would not let my kid stay in same room. Nightmare ensued as 8ve written before until GM stepped in at midnight as I've known him for 10 years
