I am trying to book a Lifemiles award and when I go to check out, it won't validate my billing address and 1 month of my credit card expiration number. When I try to update my credit card in my profile, it gives me an error when I try to load the page. I used their website, mobile website, and app and all the same issues. I am now calling their phone center but is there a trick to booking online. This has happened multiple times now when I try to book online, so not just an isolated incident. Thanks!
