Totally disagree. For me this hotel is way overpriced and underwhelming. The rooms are dark and uninspiring and good luck getting any kind of suite upgrade, even for an Ambassador like myself. The rates are ridiculous and the only positive imo is the location.
I don't know the last time you stayed there, but they've been through a top-to-bottom renovation in the past couple of years. The rooms (and common areas) are modern and bright. As mentioned above, I got a true suite upgrade. And the rates were the same as for all the other full-service properties in town. Maybe you need to give it another try?
