Sometimes it seems like I'll spend more time booking a flight for my family than I spend flying it! I'd think SW would want to make it easy to book tickets, right?

A distant second would be the ability to select travel funds you want to use, rather than have to open another window, browse, copy and paste the one you want to use.

Oh my gosh - I agree with you on Frequent Travelers ! I can't make any promises on dates, as things may shift not the roadmap often so we can best support your business, but we have it designed and have it approved with our data privacy team. Which is a good thing! So I hope I have good news to share soon. Likely will launch on our full website first.

Just for context, we have had Frequent Travelers on the roadmap multiple times in the past but had to shift it out due to the work involving multiple teams and other higher priorities. Examples of those other higher priorities have been things like the 2020 tier extensions, temporary RTF to Points capability during the height of COVID, the new US Entry regulatory requirements for COVID, etc. It's definitely a juggling act but please do know we're working on it and I really appreciate your feedback, as well as your business!

I hate to be a tease but here's screenshots from our prototype to prove we definitely agree and want this feature. I'll make sure to keep our FT friends in the loop if I get an official date in the future.

As for the travel funds on the purchase page, I appreciate the feedback and will make sure to send that to our Air Booking product team. As always, thank you so much for your ideas and for your support of Southwest!
