Wouldn't the in-app boarding pass QR code be more fun if it was shaped like an SWA heart instead of a boring square? (And more than once on my recent trips I thought it would be nice to have the departure/arrival city showing.)
Mark from Southwest here. Really like these ideas! The QR code change is definitely on brand, though, not sure all those persnickety scanners in the airport terminals would be happy with them. But we can take a look! Love the thought on pulling the Origin and Destination up to the top like we have on the Apple Pass version. I’ll make sure to get these ideas to our Self Service Digital Product team.
