My hearty suggestion is to read the current year's post on each of the threads that you are going to be using to try your gambit.

Some of my take aways.
1. Publix: You may find that the Publix of 2021 is far different in regards to permitting MSing activities such as buying MOs with GCs. There are numerous DPs of CS insurrectionists preventing people from using their GCs to buy MOs. There is an entire thread on this and DPs are varied but lean towards the denial side of things. In general, grocers have tightened up on allowing MO purchases with debit cards.

2. Simon. While the SM $1000 GC is now available, it's functionality is hamstrung ever since WM has limited it's use to $99 or less per swipe in purchasing MOs or using it for BP purposes. However, if you have a grocer which will let you buy MOs with GCs, then you are good to go and this is the most cost effective means of achieving your goals.

3. Read the Venmo and PayPal threads. Neither play nicely and in general shut people down rapidly for MSing behavior. However, if you never use either for anything else and have no plans to do so, I suspect that for a short term plan to achieve a SUB, they would probably work prior to termination.

Basically, everything has changed and for the worse. MSing is much more difficult and shutdowns are far more common than in 2016/17. Everyone who plays the game understands the risks.

A couple of questions for you.
What is MDD??
Why do you need a premium Chase card to transfer points when you already have a Chase business card. I thought that the Chase Ink Preferred business card permits point transfers (I presume that is the card that you have).
