I went to the Sala Costa Blanca lounge last week - got access on a IB domestic ticket fine. The lounge is located as described above. It's has a lot of space and is currently assisted buffet style and has a similar choice as the old lounge. The staff there said that were refurbishing the normal lounge but didn't know a completion date.
