How far bmi have fallen. I worked out in Madrid for 6 months back in 2000, I got through 3 or 4 Diamond Europasses on the LHR - MAD route. Back then they had 5 or 6 rotations a day LHR - MAD. They had their own station manger on hand in MAD if anything went wrong and the service was pretty good. Now 1 rotation and day and ground service, what service?
