I've had four domestic 787-10 flights recently and wanted to share an observation about service flow in Polaris, as it's changed how I evaluate the seats:
On all of my flights there have been 3 FA's in Polaris and they split up meal service duties as follows: one does the left aisle rows 1-8 from the front galley, one does the right aisle rows 1-8 from the front galley, and one does both aisles rows 9-11 from the galley behind Polaris. What this means is that, if you want to get served early, the worst rows are not all the way in the back, but rather are rows 7 and 8. The one time I sat in 9A I was literally the first person served in the entire cabin.
