Do you need to have your passport number listed on the test? I will be traveling in Jan from the US via LHR to DXB...my idea is to get a PCR test from CVS, which shows up somewhat like the above, but doesn't list passport and a few other things. Also, does the test need to be within 96 hours of my flight from the US or 96 hours from the flight out of LHR? I have a 6 hour layover in LHR and it took about 60 hours to get results back from CVS the first time I did this.
Based on what I'm reading, they aren't looking too closely, but I don't want to get caught up in a technicality.
