My cousin is sitting on an eCredit from February 2020, just when COVID was starting to hit. She is finally ready to make that trip happen. We would somehow like to use that credit for $465.40 plus miles from my account to get her into First. For the flights we quick looked at, looks like will take about 50-60,000 miles plus the credit. I've used miles for her trips before, but never trying to use a credit. 1) Is it possible? 2) If so, can I do it all from my account or will I have to call? Thanks.
