You never know... In 15 years of heavy travel I have NEVER dressed up, gym shoes, shorts, short sleeved button up shirt in the Summer, same in the Winter except nylon long pants. my large team dress very similar, very casual, and we travel 365. Everything all of us here say, including myself is all anecdotal.
