Just don't try to schedule an appointment to become PreCheck in the CLT area. Appointments get canceled with no notice, operating hours appear to get cut, virtually no availability for appointments. My guess is they have staffing issues, as TSA appointments seem to be plentiful in a few other locales (not near CLT). Having difficulty scheduling it for a family member....
