Urgent help please - Pax at airport, booking confirmed but not ticketed
Sorry about this sort of thread, but I have two family members who are at AGP trying to fly to LHR.
Separate bookings on Avios. I don't know the history (whether FTVs used or not, etc).
One member is confirmed and ticketed. The other is confirmed, but not ticketed.
What can they do at this point?
AGP check in staff are not BA, so cannot help. I suggested calling YouFirst (they have no status, but travelling in CE).
Is there anything else they can do at this point?
