Found some fair priced tickets I am about to purchase, but the connection time coming home leaves some to be desired.

For $120 more Delta is trying to upsell me to Refundable Main. One of the marketing lines says "Take Any Available Same-Day Flight (Savings up to $75 per flight)1"

The footnote for '1' says: "Same Day Changes may be available for flights within the United States."

Is it REALLY any same-day flight main cabin fare bucket available, or is the caveat for the word "available" where the whole same fare bucket booked rule still applies as normal?
