it has been awhile since I’ve used them and perhaps not quite on the same scale, but around a decade ago I had them calling daily for nearly six months to reserve me cronuts, and they’ve successfully gotten me high demand premiere tickets at Sundance. Not quite the Biennale, but they’ve also helped me with procuring art globally so (at least in the past) have had contacts at galleries.
