What's changed for 2021: all trim levels get a massive new 12" vertical touchscreen, the recessed storage shelf on top of the center stack seems redesigned (?)

PROS: B&O audio much better than the old Sony system, drives like a more refined vehicle (there's a reason Consumer Reports recently listed the Ford Edge as one of the best SUVs!), great cargo space for this class

CONS: The new touchscreen is terrible. I despise HVAC controls being integrated into the touchscreen b/c it forces me to look down. Dangerous to operate while driving. Also this Edge was not optioned with factory navigation.
