best way to handle is situation is to go down after breakfast and finalize 1st room folio at 9am.
get resort fees and breakfast charges removed.
pay amount due.
get zero value folio.
never mention 2nd room.
at 12N, head back down, hopefully find a different agent, and check-out of the 2nd room.
