I received the following email earlier today in regards to long lines at OKC. Unless there's been a big change, I'm skeptical. I went through OKC about 3 weeks ago, and it was about a 5 minute wait. I've never waited more than 10 minutes at OKC.. I guess we will see on Tuesday morning.


The Transportation Security Administration has notified American Airlines that customers originating their travel from Oklahoma City (OKC) may have to wait longer than usual to clear the TSA checkpoint.



As a result, American strongly encourages all customers to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to departure for domestic travel and three hours prior to departure for international travel.
