1. Only credit miles to where you have an established account and other miles, otherwise they become orphan useless miles
2. If following #1, you know where that other carrier has it rules posted --
in this case, for P, it is 150% miles flown on UA operated flights

Wheretocredit can be useful for comparing your established accounts, However do not see it saying 100% for UA
and there are other considerations such dangers of orphan miles.
