1.Member calls their travel agent and quotes their membership number and the voucher number.
2.Travel agent checks upgrade availability.
3.Travel agent creates booking in the lowest applicable fare to meet Members needs by:
- booking R class for upgrades to Concorde
- booking A class for upgrades to FIRST
- booking D class for upgrades to Club World & Club Europe
- booking T class for upgrades to World Traveller Plus (where fitted),
and entering the members Executive Club number in this booking record.
4.Travel agent holds the upgrade booking.
5.Travel agent calls Executive Club Service Centre on XXXXX-XXXXXX and advises them the Executive Club membership number and also the 6 digit upgrade voucher number.
6.If voucher number is valid, Service Centre will provide a 4 digit authorisation code and a 7 digit deal number.
7.Then, the travel agents should enter
- the 6 digit upgrade voucher number into the booking using an OSI entry with UGEX as the keyword, then
- the 4 digit authorisation code using and OSI entry with UGEA as the keyword, then
- the 7 digit deal number as the tour code and issue the ticket
8.The two passengers using the same upgrade voucher have to be booked on the same booking reference
