This is the first time I am using this award even though we've been receiving these for a while now and I need some help.

I'm booking this through a travel agent and I want to know what the normal procedure is.

1) Can this be used for just one person and not two in the booking? The travel agent called BA and they said that there must be two people in the reservation.

2) How does the travel agent use this certificate? Is there some field in the reservation system to enter the numbers or do they have to call BA?
