Lastminute.com BA flight to Vegas 1st Sept 2021
Have a flight booked with BA via Lastminute.com for 1st Sept. Looking unlikely I will be allowed into USA on this date due to COVID restrictions. Phoned BA and they more than willing to issue me an evoucher but they say they need to have this requested by Lastminute. Lastminute T&Cs (sectio 6.2) say that refund may be available at the discretion of the airline so don't see what their problem is. Lastminute just give me stock response that this flight is still active so cannot refund. If BA cancel flight then feel I can get refund either through LM or card company but what if they do not cancel flight. I would be £1400 out of pocket so wondering about solicitor letter to them or complaint via Martin Lewis.
Advise would be very much appreciated
