It depends the location of the resort. I'm sure something can be done between Le Meridien and the Westin as they are side by side atolls. In my case, I had to travel from the St. Regis to the JW (Which I never stayed) and had to stop in Male, but one was in the south and one was in the north, so Male was on the way. I stayed at the Sheraton for one night to smooth out the transfer (Which JW didn't help)
