Why not consider getting a tiffin container? It can carry nearly all kinds of food and even multiple varieties of dishes if you do takeaway for a family? Even soups would not spill.
They're not exactly spill proof (seals are not perfect by any means/stretch of the imagination, or at least the ones i've seen). Large size wide-mouth "Thermos" if such still exists, perhaps.
