If Hyatt increases the annual free night certificates to Category 5 all my family members will renew their Hyatt credit cards. Otherwise I will advise them to cancel their cards. Mar Monte was the only good option to use a free night in California and now it’s gone.
I will keep my Hyatt card even if the free night is useless. That makes sense for me but not for family members whose travels are limited.
