Was finally able to get ahold of an Ambassador Representative via email and she said there are no restrictions on the F&B credit... in her words, "if the food or beverage purchase can be posted to the room (folio) then it is eligible for the Ambassador F&B credit". After Boston she can get to work on the IC Sydney where meals in the only onsite restaurant open for lunch and dinner The Meat & Wine Co can be charged to the room but 1) don't earn points and 2) cannot be paid for with the Ambassador F+B credit.
