You might be onto something. Back in June during my routing bi-monthly call to the subscription customer service center (their phone number is on the “Your household will have the opportunity…” page), the rep told me that the reason I wasn’t invited is because I was still using my Priority debit card, and because Citigold and Priority have different card numbers, the system thinks that I’m not Citigold. He went ahead and issued me a Citigold debit card, which turned out to have the same number. I was pretty mad at that thinking it was another bogus reason. But perhaps he was right after all.
