I’ve started traveling with a Corelle plate and bowl. They fit in my suitcase easily and they’ve been really handy while traveling during the pandemic as so many restaurants are closed, or have huge waits, or you just don’t want to deal with dining out. It’s been great for to go items or purchasing something healthy from a grocery store and having it in the hotel room. I admit to cleaning them with hot water and a little drop of liquid bath soap or shampoo from the room toiletries. My next purchase will be a metal fork and a spoon as it gets tiring eating with plastic utensils all the time.

Plus, it’s Corelle so I feel fancier than eating off a paper plate or a disposable restaurant food container.
