I've never used my card for any purpose and it too sits in my drawer. The only card I ever use is my citi exec whatever it's called and that's to gain entry into the AS club at SEA.
I've very occasionally used it for partner lounges and to gain access to elite check-in in a few out of the way international airports. Back when regular international travel was a thing.
I also find it handy because it has phone numbers printed on it. But that's me ... and more than a bit old-fashioned.
