Reservation missing b/c of schedule change?
Has anyone ever experienced a situation where your reservation does not appear on your Skymiles account due to a schedule change that is in process?
In this particular case I have awards tickets booked jfk-cdg for Oct 27th on AF. Spoke with the international ticket desk at DL who spoke with AF; AF is aware of the issue. DL noted my SM account and advised to call back in 10 days if it is not resolved. After 10 days they said they have the ability to intervene. Is this snake oil or a legitimate process?
I've seen plenty of schedule changes before; never had a reservation disappear before. Unnerving to say the least.
