Just recently found a regular business fare with KLM, thought it was because it was on AF codes. Selling flex business only rather than regular business fares is odd indeed, to be honest, especially given how low their competitors can go with pricing business class fares (and in all fairness, flying business on *A is really tempting when you see those fares).
