Nothing other than the hassle of moving hotels every night (which is not an entirely minor hassle in Vegas, where there can be long lines at the front desk and long hikes to your room dragging a roller suitcase over carpeting). Late checkout obviously helps, though keep in mind late checkout is usually not guaranteed with Virtuoso (it always is with FHR).
