I guess not - they work with the Finnish healthcare IT system, based on your Finnish personal ID number (hetu). I don't know if they test sans-papiers (which would make sense) but I'm quite sure they don't test non-residents
Many thanks. We'll see what the testing situation looks like at the end of the month but I really love the idea of a travelling testing center so I might go be a tourist one morning and check it out from a distance!
